Phase I — Unified UX
- Global search.
- Command palette.
- Activity feed.
- Job center.
- AI command entry.

Execution protocol
For each phase:
- inspect current implementation
- write/update design notes
- implement backend
- migrate DB safely
- implement frontend
- add tests
- run typecheck
- run unit/integration/E2E
- update docs
- report files changed and verification
Important
Do not mark a feature complete merely because its endpoint returns 200. Acceptance requires a complete user-facing workflow and tests.
